You'll certainly appreciate the style and level of comfort and equipment in Greens Park Homes, but you'll also appreciate their low running costs. What's more, all models are easily and economically maintained, they fall into the lowest council tax bracket and they are exempt from Stamp Duty.
All our homes are serviced by mains gas, and unlike many other parks, homeowners at Pine Hill pay the utility companies direct for their gas, electricity, water and telephone services, keeping costs to a minimum.

Pitches are graded depending on their location and outlook, so we are bound to have the ideal site for your new home, at the ideal price. All pitches have connections for mains gas, water and electricity as well as telephone. Pattern concrete roads have been laid throughout the Park. All roads have been constructed to accommodate two-way traffic. And each park home has its own stencil patterned concrete driveway with an extensive pattern and colour range to choose from.
Our pitches have been thoughtfully planned to offer a high degree of privacy and extensive landscaping without detracting from the friendly community spirit that all our residents appreciate so much. Children are welcome to visit park residents at any time but are not allowed to have residency. Pets are welcome at the Park management’s discretion.

All properties on this park will fall into the "A bracket" which is the lowest bracket.
Gas:
Mains natural gas. You will be billed direct from your chosen supplier, eg. British Gas, N Power...
Electricity:
Mains electricity, currently supplied by N Power. Again you will be billed direct from your chosen supplier.
Water:
Anglian Water. Billed direct by supplier.
Telephone
All lines are underground. Billed direct from BT or another company of your choice.
A £5,000 non-refundable deposit secures your plot while you decide upon your new home (non-refundable).
A second deposit is required once your new home has gone into build. This amount is 10% of the total cost of your home (non-refundable).
The balance will then be due when your new home is ready to move into.
