The Park: Oakland Hill

All pitches have connections for mains gas, water and electricity as well as telephone. We also offer a part-exchange scheme making it easier than you think, with an instant decision and cash adjustments either way.

Pattern concrete roads have been laid throughout the Park, and all roads have been constructed to accommodate two-way traffic. Each park home has its own stencil patterned concrete driveway with an extensive pattern and colour range to choose from.

A typical home comes fully furnished, carpeted throughout and comprises of a spacious comfortable lounge, a superb fully fitted kitchen, a designated dining area, a bathroom fitted with a modern suite, plus two or three bedrooms complete with lots of wardrobe space. All homes built for Greens Park Homes are fitted with integrated dishwashers, washer/dryers and fridge freezers.

You'll certainly appreciate the style and level of comfort and equipment in Greens Park Homes, but you'll also appreciate their low running costs as all our homes are serviced by mains gas. All models are easily and economically maintained and fall into the lowest council tax bracket.

Pitch Fees and Council Tax

Pitch Fee (ground rent):
£104.40 per month payable to the park owner by direct debit (annual increase restricted to Retail Prices Index). This covers the maintenance of the park including the roads around the park, which will be resurfaced, and street lighting will be erected.

Council Tax:
All properties on this park will fall into the "A bracket" which is the lowest bracket.

Services

Gas:
Mains natural gas. You will be billed direct from your chosen supplier, eg. British Gas, N Power...

Electricity:
Mains electricity, currently supplied by N Power. Again you will be billed direct from your chosen supplier.

Water:
Yorkshire Water. Billed direct by supplier.

Telephone
All lines are underground. Billed direct from BT or another company of your choice.

Plot Deposits & Payments

A £2,500 non-refundable deposit secures your plot while you decide upon your new home (non-refundable).

A second deposit is required once your new home has gone into build. This amount is 10% of the total cost of your home (non-refundable).

The balance will then be due when your new home is ready to move into.

If you would like to secure a home already on the park, a 10% deposit is required and the balance is then due when you move in.
